Hepcdac Tablet manufactured by Cipla, is generic version of the drug Daclatasvir. It is available in strength of 60 mg. It is a prescription medicine that can be purchased by a patient only against a valid prescription of a healthcare professional.
HepcDac work
Daclatasvir prevents RNA replication and virion assembly by binding to NS5A, a nonstructural phosphoprotein encoded by HCV. Binding to the N-terminus of the D1 domain of NS5A prevents its interaction with host cell proteins and membranes required for virion replication complex assembly.Daclatasvir must be used in combination with other medicines that attack the hepatitis C virus in different ways. If daclatasvir is used on its own there is a high chance that the hepatitis C virus will become resistant to it.
