What is mydekla?

Mydekla Tablet is used in combination with other medications such as sofosbuvir, interferon and ribavirin for the treatment of hepatitis C infection.
On using this medication you may experience side effects such as nausea, headache, weakness, fatigue, breakdown of the red cell, diarrhoea, drowsiness, dizziness and skin rash. If your reactions persist or become worse over time seek the help of your health care provider right away.
Before using this medication you should tell your doctor if: you are allergic to any of the ingredient contained within Mydekla Tablet, you have allergy towards any food/medicine/substance, you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs, herbal products or dietary supplements, you have hepatitis B/ liver/heart/ disorders, you suffer from seizures, St. John’s wort, you recently had a liver transplant, you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant or are nursing a baby.

Dosage

Missed dose
Mydekla  60mg is a prescription medicine; if a patient fails to take the dose of Mydekla must consult with medical practitioner and take the dose as soon as possible.
Otherwise the missed dose should be skipped and follow the regular dosing schedule
Over dosage
If over dosage occurs in patients who are receiving Mydekla tablet, vital symptoms should be monitored frequently and provide supportive measures.
Mydekla is difficult to eradicate from the body because it is highly bound to human plasma protein
